This app empowers agents to self-manage their schedules remotely and provides tools to track schedules, agent requests, and real-time performance statistics while on the go.

- Viewing existing and adding new Workforce Management Exception Requests
- Viewing personal account balance data
- Viewing agent productivity statistics
- Ability to receive push notifications
The Enterprise Edition of this app includes the additional functionality of receiving notifications. Please note that this feature may require additional services and installation.
